Insurance Rates

With some polices you almost need a degree in maths to work out exactly how much your insurance will cost with all the 'add-ons' to ensure you have the right cover. At IYM it is different.

We are totally transparent with all our costs and fees and our rates automatically include:-

  • mould and mildew cover
  • 60 days free storage insurance at origin
  • 60 days free storage insurance at destination
  • electrical & mechanical derangement
  • Insurance Premium Tax at 10% 

With other polices, most notably through the removers, these benefits tend to be all added on to the basic price.

So whilst they may obtain your attention with an attractive base rate, you could end up paying twice as much in premiums for the same cover available through ourselves.
