When you take out insurance for things, there is always the sense that if you need to claim, it will be complex and companies will find a way to wiggle out of paying up. Whilst we were sad to have damage, the speed and ease of settling our claim blew our socks off. I think it took just 3 weeks to get a claim paid up!
